Victory at Sea War Memorial was built in the year 1996 to commemorate the Victory of Indian Navy’s Eastern Naval Command(ENC) headquartered at Visakhapatnam in 1971 against Pakistan Navy. “When you go home tell them of us and say for your tomorrow we gave our today”.
